when things go wrong its impossible to phone

"so my oofos product was not delivered by aramex. i contacted oofos by email and got a bot. tried again and again and just got a AI bot reply. asked for a phone number and got nothing. Aramex were just as unhelpful. i couldnt get any help. When product finally arrived the fit was strange - too much room at the front, and shorter at the back. would i buy again - NO!"
