Delivering your order to you in a fast and efficient manner is one of our key priorities. While most orders are processed and collected by the courier the same day of business, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you as soon as possible. Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery. Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
We ship all our orders with Aramex. Please supply a physical delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery. A signature is required for the delivery, they cannot be left. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
When your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order by going to the Aramex website at https://www.aramex.co.nz/
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags. If packaging does look tampered with or damaged, please take images and get in touch with us immediately. Please make sure to take images of the damage.
For order's of $100.00 and over, we provide FREE standard* delivery to any address within New Zealand.
For order's under $100.00, we charge $6.00 for standard* delivery to any address within New Zealand.
*Standard delivery covers regions within the North Island & South Island only. Excluding outer NZ Islands + Pacific Islands. Additional courier costs to get to excluded regions will need to be paid by customer.
